As a city council member my focus will be to be sure these issues are addressed first. Leveraging these dollars and current state programs will hold down costs for Chelsea residents by extending the service life of an asset before it must be replaced. Our roads and walks are in dire need of redesign to reflect current priorities for pedestrians and slow the increased traffic loads at peak travel and school hours.
